Quickie swim
Quickie might be the word when it comes to swimming. I actually felt like this was a fair aerobic workout–compared to normally when I get out of the pool feeling like I might has well have hit the hot tub for all the calories burned.
I was in a hurry so I did short rests, and I was in the fast lane so I did fast sets.
100 warmup
5 x 200 on a 10 sec rest
100 cool
Also, figured that my swim pace is about 10:00 per 500 yards–so I can stop counting laps now.

Short but sweet… I actually enjoyed doing laps yesterday. After such a hot day it felt really good to get in the pool.

Swim - 0.3 hours - 06/28/2009
Limited myself to 1000 meters. I felt pretty strong, but I have to remember that I am just coming back to the pool after 9 months off. After my last swim, I had a stiff neck for a few days. Workout:
